Promotional event for the Malaysian Government
Brief: To organise an event to promote Malaysian culture in London.

Solution: Inneventive worked with the Malaysian Government to build and run Malaysia Week – a six day event attracting over 400,000 people in Southbank (September 2013).

The event was staged to promote Malaysian culture, crafts, arts and cuisine. This involved site planning and licensing, risk assessments, and environmental policies.

We ran all logistics -building stages, stalls, food stalls, back stage areas, and oversaw the health and hygiene policies for food traders.

The event was run in line with the policies and procedures of Southwark Council and Coin Street.
