Many lessons can be learnt in the kitchen and this event focuses on specific learning areas.
An ideal forum in which to develop
working styles, manage time, expand interpersonal skills and effective communications. After performing a ‘training needs analysis’ we tailor the event
framework to address the identified issues, designing a programme suited to your team. By facilitating challenging situations in a kitchen environment and associating
these tasks with workplace issues we can direct teams towards positive change.
After a light buffet lunch guests will don aprons and start preparing a superb three-course gourmet dinner under the guidance of the head chef.
When finished, delegates will eat in the dining rooms onsite. The whole menu will be cooked by you and served by our staff. The fact that delegates are given the opportunity to consume the end product enforces team bonds and offers a sense of togetherness.
